Biography
Joshua A. Bailey concentrates his practice in the areas of family law and criminal defense while also handling personal injury cases, workers’ compensation claims and social security disability claims. Joshua has been practicing in these areas since 2007 when he was admitted to the practice of law. Joshua understands how difficult and stressful it can be going through contested family court litigation whether it be a divorce or custody matter. He also understands how upsetting the arrest of a family member or friend can be. Joshua makes it a priority to put his clients’ minds at ease about legal concerns so they can focus on their own needs and those of their families. When it comes to family court litigation and criminal defense matters, it is essential to have an attorney who is not only familiar with the law but very comfortable with being in a courtroom.
Joshua takes pride in working closely with his clients and providing advocacy and support through an unfamiliar, and sometimes overwhelming, process. He understands that many of his clients are utilizing the services of an attorney for the first time when they hire him. It is most satisfying when he can shoulder their burden and help them move forward with the next phase of their lives.
